第三階段：Successful scientific mission of FS-5/Advanced Ionospheric Probe had marked the most important step to top TRL in the third 5-year.

2016: Prepare CubeSat missions.

2017: Launch FORMOSAT-5 satellite.
發射福爾摩沙衛星五號。
2018: Startup Center for Astronautical Physics and Engineering (CAPE).
啟動太空科學與科技研究中心。
2019: Develop CubeSat subsystems.

2020: Establish Department of Space Science and Engineering.
